Our Guidelines to make your dog's experience a grand success!

• Owner brings own food for their pet's stay - bring only enough for their stay in ziplocs or airtight container (a 1 gallon ziploc holds ~16 cups of food)

• Chew toys are welcome

• Owner bedding is welcome but will be placed on a Kuranda (included in base fee)!

• One night stays are limited to existing clients for non-peak times

• Cancellations within 24 hours (within 48 hours in Peak times) incur a full charge

• Boarding rate accumulates daily

• Note: Pickups before 9am do not incur a final day fee; 1/2 day rate applies for arrivals after 5:30pm

• Proof of current vaccinations for Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper/Parvo is required

• Young puppies without Rabies are still welcome to board!
